1. EXPAND PROFESSIONAL NETWORK: Students currently enrolled in local I-O and related programs will be assigned to a group made up of students with varying levels of expertise, knowledge, and from different programs.

2. SOLVE REAL ORGANIZATIONAL CHALLENGES: PTCMW will present a real challenge local organizations are currently facing. Solutions will be judged by expert practitioners based on theory, technical merit, and innovation.

3. DEVELOP CONSULTING SKILLS: Teams will be responsible for building an effective team, developing products, and presenting results.

4. BUILD COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Each team will present to an independent panel of expert I-O judges.

5. WIN PRIZES: The first place team will receive $500, the second place team $300, and the third place team $200. All winners will be notified after October 27th, and will receive free 2015 PTC student membership and free admission to PTC’s 2014 Talent Connection & Networking Event on November 13th, where they will be recognized in front of 200 local I-O academics and practitioners.
