The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has caused massive disruptions to work and has threatened employee and organizational well-being around the world. In a year like 2020, the agility of coaching —especially virtual coaching— was uniquely suited to respond to the unanticipated challenges that individuals and organizations encountered. As an evidence-based coaching company, BetterUp has been tracking member well-being across hundreds of thousands of coaching sessions with workers around the globe since mid-March of 2020. Join us for a data-driven look into coaching to keep business on track while also meeting the very real needs of their people.
