Abstract: Technology is changing our world at an alarming pace.
It seems that no industry is immune to radical changes.  But what about employment testing?
Are the models on which our industry has been built able to remain stable and relevant in the face of pressures for change?
This talk will examine the key issues that will put pressure on the testing industry to adapt or die and will provide optimistic ideas about how testing can remain a value add for employers.
