The Lockheed Martin Employee Experience team is seeking a graduate-level intern to assist in the administration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and presentation creation in support of the enterprise-wide engagement census survey. This position offers high visibility and a collaborative, virtual work environment. This is a great virtual opportunity for a graduate student to get real-world experience supporting a large, high-visibility HR project, interacting with business management and HR, and creating deliverables for the highest levels of Leadership in a major corporation.
- Pursuing a graduate-level (Masters or PhD) degree in IO Psychology or similar discipline
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience
- SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency and enjoyment working with data – strong analytical skill is a must!
- Strong writing skills
- Effective data storytelling and communication of complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment
- Must be at ease multi-tasking and being asked to frequently change directions on a day-to-day basis as needs arise

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
