This position is located in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic Organization, (ATO) Management Services, Technical Labor & Employee Development Directorate, Employee Development Group, AJG-L300. This Group's focus is the administration of learning management solutions and the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development; talent management programs, and processes for the ATO workforce. 

The key responsibilities of the position are to lead the design cadre for employee development, developing and integrating the content and strategies for our portfolio of programming.

The full-time, permanent position is a K-Band level (approximately equivalent to GS-15) and is located in Washington, DC.  Telework is permitted up to two days per week. Excellent benefits are provided. The position is open to all U.S. citizens.
