NASA is going back to the Moon – to prepare for Mars - and we need a Talent Management Intern to help get us there. This is a 10-week paid internship at NASA Headquarters.
The intern will work on a variety of projects in the Talent Strategy and Engagement (TSE) Division of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). Projects may include researching best practices in literature, industry, and government; analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; conducting focus groups, interviews, or surveys; developing content for talent assessments; and/or writing reports and presentations. Experience gained through these activities will allow the intern to gain real-world applied experience in Talent Management at the “Best Place to Work in Government” working alongside senior Industrial/Organizational psychologists.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SPSS
Intern should have skill in conducting human/behavioral research and social science literature reviews.
Intern should have excellent written and oral communication skills, teamwork skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills. Intern should also have an educational background in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology with an interest in talent acquisition and assessment.
